The hostel had clean and comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable sleeping arrangements, complete with curtains and a bottle of water. The location, while not described, was convenient for my travel needs.
The self check-in process was not well-handled, and I was left waiting for assistance for a prolonged period. There was also a noticeable damp smell in the room, and the lack of a window meant that fresh air was not circulating effectively.

This hotel was a great find for my weekend trip. the location was ideal, being close to the city center. the staff were friendly and eager to help. I especially liked the comfortable capsule beds and the cleanliness of the entire hotel.

This guesthouse boasts a great location in the downtown area and is only 900m from Thamrin shopping mall. Guests will find the beds to be very comfortable, whether they stay in a dorm or a private capsule-style room. the accommodations are clean and modern, and guests can enjoy amenities such as charging ports and lamps in their pods. the hostel owner and staff are friendly and always willing to help with anything guests need.
While the staff is friendly and helpful, the instructions for self check-in could be clearer to avoid confusion upon arrival.

We loved the modern and clean facilities, including the comfortable bunk beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local food. The location was also convenient, with the downtown and Thamrin shopping mall just 900 meters away. Plus, the hotel's chat assistant was always quick to respond to our queries, making our stay even more hassle-free.
